What We Offer

Pricing

Out time set up fee

Our simple pricing structure gives you access to all our account management services. 

$450 plus gst

This covers:

• Photography of your property

• Listing your property

• Pricing strategy – we research each new property, making comparisons with others in the same area, to be sure that your property is listed at the right price. Each property is then given a unique price strategy.

Ongoing service fee

Rates available on request.

Optional extras

$120 for a lockbox & fitting, to facilitate 24 hour check in (that’s only if you don’t already have one fitted).

Styling service on request, charged at an hourly rate.
